Front Differential Bearing & Seal Kits

We have taken our years of differential experience and poured it into designing and providing the most extreme differential performance parts in the world and our bearing and seal kits are no exception!  Our bearing and seal kits are insane! From the HD Bearing and Seal Kit to the Xtreme Performance Bearing and Seal kit, you will not find another setup available on the market that will even come close to compare.   We even back that up with a warranty!

Both kits are WHISPER quiet! What this means is that you will no longer have to listen to that rattle can sound coming from your front diff.  From the second you install either bearing kit in your differential, you will feel the difference.  Our kits are incredibly strong!  Yes, they are stronger than factory and stronger than any other kits available.  With the absolute highest load ratings available in their respective class, you just cannot find a stronger setup.  In our Xtreme Performance bearing kits, the pinion bearing comes sealed instead of open like factory and other aftermarket units.  What this means for you is longevity!  Our sealed Xtreme Performance pinion bearings will allow oil in but keep bigger metal shavings and particles out, thus helping to eliminate premature wear on the bearing. Every seal in our Bearing and seal kit is at a minimum a double lip seal, where stock and other aftermarket kits only use a single lip.  Both our Xtreme Performance and HD bearing and seal kits come complete with our machined and hardened ring gear pin to replace that pesky factory pin that always seems to get sheered off.  Our bearing and seal kit is a must have kit if you demand the best performance and longevity from your front differential.

WHAT KIT IS RIGHT FOR YOU?
While both our kits are great setups, some might wonder why we offer two different kits vs one, and also what kit is best for what unit.  Without a doubt, the best kit for all units is indeed the Xtreme Performance Bearing and Seal kit. We do know however, that our Xtreme Performance kit is not always in every budget and some machines are just not treated as rough, or have as much power as others.  So, as a guide this is what we HIGHLY recommend while choosing a kit.  This is only a GUIDE as to what we recommend and does not make it a requirement, for example…. our HD kits can just as easily be put into a Turbo unit although we prefer to use the Xtreme Performance kit.

Xtreme Performance Bearing and Seal kit:
If your budget allows, we recommend for all machines.  ALL Turbo models,  ALL 17+ Model High Lifter Ed RZR, Rock & Trail Ed RZR, RS1, Turbo S and Pro XP model units to include ALL units that have or will be doing an RS1/Turbo S style differential conversion, All units with a lot of power adders, aka tunning, clutching ect…

HD Kit:
Budget minded builders, All RZR 1K units and units running 1K model differentials (including Polaris General and Ranger Units) that are NOT racing or DO NOT have a ton of power adders.
